Strength zone (24 m²)

• Power rack 400 kg with high and low cable attachments
• Olympic barbell + 140 kg plates (up to 180 kg on the bar)
• FID bench with 10° adjustment
• Dumbbells 2–40 kg on a steel rack (20 pairs)
• Cardio choice: electric treadmill 2.5 HP / Concept2 Model D rowing ergometer
• 20 mm rubber matting across the full strength area

Sauna zone (8 m²)

• 4-person Finnish sauna — cedar or aspen wood (your choice)
• Electric heater 8 kW with thermostat up to 100°C
• Interior: 2-tier bench + headrests + thermometer/hygrometer
• Glass front wall — view from the sauna to the strength zone
• Cool-down zone at the entrance with water dispenser

Climate and acoustics

• Split air conditioning 5.0 kW (A++) in the strength zone
• Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (~70% energy saving)
• Bluetooth audio 2×60W in the gym + waterproof speaker in the sauna
• 150 mm acoustic and thermal insulation

Why a sauna in a steel container actually works

The most common worry: “A sauna inside a steel container — won’t it overheat / catch fire?” No. The sauna zone has:

• An independent waterproof floor with linear drain
• Thermal lining on the walls (foil-faced mineral wool)
• Interior finish in cedar/aspen — sauna-grade material class A
• Building approval certificate for the sauna + container assembly
