What makes the Gym Box 7×3 different?
Swedish wall bars in the warm-up zone instead of a standard pull-up bar. It’s a solution borrowed from gymnastics halls and yoga studios – and it gives you many times more options:
- Pre-training mobility (shoulder and hip complex)
- Resistance-band work (tie bands directly to the rungs)
- Stabilisation and support in Bulgarian split squats
- Coordination and balance work
- Attachment points for TRX or gymnastic ropes

From £13,000 +VAT in the base version. UK turnkey packages including delivery and installation start from £16,500 +VAT. The price includes:
