What makes the Gym Box 7×3 different?
Swedish wall bars in the warm-up zone instead of a standard pull-up bar. It’s a solution borrowed from gymnastics halls and yoga studios – and it gives you many times more options:
- Pre-training mobility (shoulder and hip complex)
- Resistance-band work (tie bands directly to the rungs)
- Stabilisation and support in Bulgarian split squats
- Coordination and balance work
- Attachment points for TRX or gymnastic ropes

How much does the Gym Box 7×3 cost?
From £26,000 +VAT in the base version. UK turnkey packages including installation start from £35,100 +VAT (delivery quoted separately by postcode). The price includes:
- Container with full structure and finishing
- PIR or EPS insulation (year-round use)
- 3.5 kW air conditioning
- 15 mm rubber puzzle flooring
- LED lighting
- Swedish wall bars in the warm-up zone
- Option to install audio and video
