A well-equipped gym boosts the appeal of any property. Hotel ratings improve, flats sell faster, employees stay longer. But converting a room into a gym costs you the room — and weeks of building works.

A Gym Box is a complete gym in an insulated steel module. It stands outside the building — in the garden, a courtyard, next to the car park or, after a structural check, on a flat roof. We build and fit it out in our own workshop, then install it on site in 1–2 days.

What we deliver

Design

Site check, layout, equipment matched to your users, 3D visualisations and a facade that fits your building.

The Gym Box module

Galvanised steel structure with PIR or EPS insulation, min. 2700 mm interior height, split air conditioning (heating + cooling), LED lighting and 15 mm rubber sports flooring. Standard sizes from 7×3 to 7×5 m; custom modules up to 12×4 m and combined modules up to 96 m².

Commercial equipment

Strength and cardio machines built for intensive daily use, mirrors, lockers, TV and audio, access control by card, PIN or app.

Installation

Our own team places the module on your foundation and connects it in 1–2 days. Delivery is quoted by postcode.

Warranty and service

2-year warranty on the Gym Box (structure, installations, finish); equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

After the warranty you can continue with service care on individually agreed terms.

How much does a Gym Box for a business cost?

The module alone starts from £26,000 +VAT for 7×3 m and £36,000 +VAT for 6×5 m. A turnkey Gym Box with an equipment package starts from £35,100 +VAT (7×3 m) or £46,000 +VAT (6×5 m). Commercial specifications, larger and combined modules are quoted individually. Installation is included; delivery is quoted by postcode within 1 business day (approx. £1,200–2,500 to mainland UK).

Do you also fit out gyms inside our building?

In the UK we focus on Gym Box modules – complete container gyms installed in your grounds. We don't fit out existing rooms. The upside: you keep every bedroom, office and meeting room, and there are no building works inside.

How long does it take?

Your Gym Box is ready 12 weeks from your deposit (30% of the price, paid when you sign the contract). The module is built in our workshop in Pawłów, Poland; on site, installation takes 1–2 days, so your business keeps running as normal.

Do we need planning permission?

It depends on the site and your local authority. A new outbuilding on commercial premises often needs a planning application, and Building Regulations can apply above 30 m². We check the rules for your site before you sign and supply the drawings and specifications the council asks for.
