How we work for international clients
Production in central Poland. Our hall in Pawłów (Świętokrzyskie region, 180 km south of Warsaw) is where every module is built — steel frame, insulation, electrics, climate control, sport flooring, equipment installation. Same team from CAD design to final test.
Transport across Europe. For UK projects, we ship via Channel Tunnel or ferry depending on dimensions. For DACH, road transport. Customs documentation handled in-house — you do not deal with paperwork. Delivery is not included in the Gym Box price: we quote it by postcode within 1 business day (approx. £1,200–2,500 to mainland UK, approx. €1,500–3,200 to Germany, Austria and Switzerland). Installation is included.
On-site installation by our team. Our installation crew travels to the destination for final placement and commissioning. Typically 1–2 days on site. Same crew that built the module — no subcontractors, no information loss.
Warranty. 2-year warranty on the Gym Box (structure, installations, finish); equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
After-sales support. After the warranty you can continue with service care on individually agreed terms.
