Growing residential and corporate market in the Midlands. Coventry, Solihull, Leamington Spa and Birmingham itself. Common project size: 24–35 m² for residential, 60+ m² for commercial.

Scotland’s largest market. Greater Glasgow, Edinburgh and the Central Belt — different planning framework (Scottish Permitted Development), engineered for Scottish weather (corrosion protection, –10 °C heating spec).

How we work for international clients
Production in central Poland. Our hall in Pawłów (Świętokrzyskie region, 180 km south of Warsaw) is where every module is built — steel frame, insulation, electrics, climate control, sport flooring, equipment installation. Same team from CAD design to final test.
Transport across Europe. For UK projects, we ship via Channel Tunnel or ferry depending on dimensions. For DACH, road transport via standard logistics partners. Customs documentation handled in-house — you do not deal with paperwork.
On-site installation by our team. Our installation crew travels to the destination for final placement and commissioning. Typically 1–2 days on site. Same crew that built the module — no subcontractors, no information loss.
After-sales support. Service contracts available for commercial installations. For residential gyms, manufacturer warranty (10 years on structure, 2–5 years on equipment) is supported through our UK/DACH service partners or direct flight of our technicians.
