Most garages stand empty 70% of the time — the car is at work, the kids are away at university, the skis come out once a year. We convert garages into fully functional gyms — no construction, no planning permission, no container needed.

When this makes sense

• Detached or attached garage (15–25 m²)
• Minimum 2.3 m ceiling (allows pull-ups and full overhead pressing with a barbell)
• The car move-in/out is either fully replaced or only uses one bay
• Budget £5,200–£9,300 incl. VAT instead of £16,000+ for a new container module
• Quick turnaround — completion in 4–6 weeks from decision

Interior fit-out:

• 15 mm rubber matting covering the full floor
• LED lighting 4000K replacement / upgrade
• 3-panel wall mirrors (more panels optional)
• Wall hooks + shelves

Equipment:

• Steel power rack with pull-up bar
• Olympic barbell 20 kg + 100 kg plate set
• FID adjustable bench
• Dumbbells 2–24 kg (12 pairs)

What we don’t do

• We don’t repair the façade or roof — the garage must be dry and weathertight
• We don’t pour new flooring — if the existing slab is cracked, it needs a separate repair (quoted separately)
• We don’t add new electrical circuits — we work with existing wiring
