In a hotel, equipment runs for 8–16 hours daily, 365 days a year. Consumer-grade machines are not built for this. They fail, wear out and generate guest complaints within 12–18 months.

We supply and install from brands certified for commercial use: Technogym, Life Fitness, Matrix, Panatta. Every unit carries manufacturer warranty with UK parts availability and service.

We do not cut costs by specifying domestic equipment in commercial settings.

FAQ

Do you work with existing spaces or build new?
We adapt existing spaces: basement rooms, repurposed conference rooms, ground-floor annexes. We also specify container gym modules as standalone additions to hotel grounds where space permits.

Can equipment be financed?
Yes. As a hotel business you have access to operating leases, which allow lease payments to be expensed directly – no large capital outlay and VAT reclaimable. Ask us for terms.

How long from quote to installation?
Typically 6–10 weeks: 1–2 weeks for design and approval, 4–6 weeks for equipment procurement, 2–3 days for installation.

Do you work with branded hotel groups or independents?
Both. Independent hotels, small groups and branded properties all work with us. We adapt to existing brand specifications or design from scratch.
