The Gym Box is a ready-made, fully equipped gym in a container module. You place it on your property or in your garden – and train. No commute, no queues, no membership fees.

Built from high-quality steel, thermally insulated, with air conditioning or heating, professional sports flooring and complete training equipment to your specifications.

Do I need planning permission for a container gym?
In most English gardens a Gym Box qualifies as an outbuilding under permitted development — single storey, max 2.5 m height when within 2 m of a boundary, no more than 50% of the garden covered. Conservation Areas, Listed Buildings, Article 4 directions and front-of-property installations require a Householder Planning Application — we supply the full technical documentation for it.
How long does delivery to the UK take?
Your Gym Box is ready 12 weeks from your deposit. Production runs 4–6 weeks in our workshop in Pawłów, Poland, the road journey to the UK takes 1–7 days, and on-site installation is typically completed in 1–2 days. The foundation should be ready 2 weeks before delivery.
Can I use a Gym Box all year round in British weather?
Yes. Standard 120 mm wall insulation, double-glazed openings and either electric heating or a split air-conditioning unit keep the interior comfortable from -20°C to +35°C. The space heats from cold to a working 18°C in roughly 20–40 minutes — suitable for damp UK winters and London heatwaves alike.
