You already have a space and don’t want to install a container in the garden? You don’t have to. Most of our projects are adaptations of existing spaces — from garages, through basements and conference rooms, to commercial units in apartment buildings. Full scope: design, fit-out, installation, equipment.
When adaptation beats a new Gym Box
Adaptation is better if:
➜ You already have a suitable room — garage, basement, bedroom, hotel conference space, ground-floor unit ➜ No external space — full site, landscaped garden, dense urban setting ➜ Budget under £30,000 — adaptation is often cheaper than installing a new Gym Box ➜ Commercial site — hotel, apartment building, corporate office, SPA — adaptation is almost always the right choice
A new Gym Box makes sense when you have no spare room internally, you have external space, you want the gym separate from the main building, or you want mobility.
What we deliver in an adaptation
Full turnkey six-stage process:
- Audit — measurements, ventilation, electrical capacity, moisture, acoustics. Real constraints flagged before design begins.
- 3D Design — visualised layout, equipment specification matched to training goals, client approval before procurement.
- Fit-out — sports flooring, mirrors, climate control or ventilation, LED lighting, acoustics, painting, branding (commercial only).
- Installations — power for equipment, lighting, monitoring (commercial), audio system, QR access (unmanned facilities).
- Equipment — delivery and installation (residential or commercial grade depending on standard). Brands: Technogym, Life Fitness, Matrix, Panatta.
- Handover — facility transfer with operating manual, photo documentation, equipment warranty (2–5 years), after-sales service.
