Installation isn’t just screwing parts together
We deliver equipment in pieces, assemble on site, adjust settings, level, anchor to walls where required and calibrate weight stacks. We leave you with a gym ready to use — not ready to finish off yourself.
What does installation day look like?
- Equipment delivery — van or HGV, carry-in to upper floors / basement / garage included
- Unpacking and assembly — racks, machines, stands, benches (2–6 hours depending on scope)
- Flooring — mats and rubber tiles laid, cut to size
- Adjustment and calibration — seat settings, cable tensioning, movement checks
- Mirror and accessory mounting — hooks, brackets, shelves
- Briefing — we show you how to use each piece of equipment
- Handover and protocol — sign-off, warranty activated
Post-purchase service
We work with authorised service centres of the manufacturers. In the event of a fault:
➜ Warranty fault — repaired free of charge, we collect equipment from you ➜ Post-warranty fault — quote within 24 hours, repaired on site or in the service centre ➜ Annual inspection — we recommend annual checks of cables, bearings and adjustments (chargeable service)
