We know the first question is: how does this work in practice?
Instead of vague assurances — a specific description of the process. How long each stage takes and what you know at each step.
Step 1: Free consultation — day 1–3
We start with a conversation — by email, phone or video call. You can write to us in any language — calls and video calls are in English. We want to know:
- Where will the Gym Box stand (garden, plot, hotel or company grounds) and how much room is there?
- How many people will use it and what do they train for?
- What’s the indicative budget?
- Is there any equipment you want to keep?
You pay nothing at this stage. We want to understand your needs so we can propose something sensible.
Timeline: within 1 working day of contact
Step 2: Design and quotation — day 4–10
Based on the conversation, a plan of your plot and a few photos of it, we prepare:
- 3D design — module size, equipment layout, interior arrangement, colour selection
- Equipment list with specific models and parameters
- Complete quotation — module, equipment, installation, services, accessories; delivery to your site is quoted by postcode as a separate line
The quote is transparent: you know what you’re paying for. No “other” or “additional cost” line items.
Timeline: 5–7 working days from receiving your details
Step 3: Decision and contract — day 10–14
We go through the design together — you can change things, ask questions, request alternatives. When you’re ready, we sign a contract with a schedule and a delivery date.
The deposit is 30% of the price, paid when you sign the contract. The rest is paid in two instalments: 50% before production starts and 20% before delivery.

Step 4: Production and delivery — 12 weeks from your deposit
Every Gym Box — a standard size, Train & Recover with a sauna, a custom size or a multi-module project for a hotel, a company or a residential development — is ready 12 weeks from your deposit. That date is written into the contract.

During this time we build the module, order the equipment and plan the delivery. You’re in constant contact with your project manager.
Step 5: Installation and handover — 1–2 days
Our installation crew arrives on site. We set the module on the foundation, install the equipment, lay the flooring and test all devices. We brief you on operation and hand over warranty documentation.
Formal handover — you sign a protocol when everything works and looks like the design.
Your gym is ready. Train.
What happens after handover?
We don’t disappear. You get a 2-year warranty on the Gym Box (structure, installations, finish); equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Your statutory rights are not affected. Throughout the warranty period we respond to every fault.
After the warranty you can continue with service care on individually agreed terms.
FAQ
Can I change the design after signing the contract? Minor changes (e.g. swapping one piece of equipment) — yes, at no cost. Major changes affecting the schedule and quote — to be agreed.
What if delivery is delayed? The contract specifies the delivery date and the consequences of any delay on our side. Delays caused by overseas equipment supply do happen — we let you know in advance and propose alternatives.
Do you come for on-site measurements before quoting? In and around Warsaw — as standard. For locations further away (including the UK and Ireland) a plan of the plot with dimensions and a few photos are enough (you can take them on your phone), or an architectural drawing.
Can I keep some of my own equipment? Yes, although we prefer end-to-end delivery. Tell us what you want to keep and we plan the Gym Box layout around it; the installation of client-supplied equipment is quoted separately.
